Answers for your workspace

Quick guidance for PremedStrategy—navigation, security, planning, AI, and how we handle your data during early access.

Getting started

  • Sign in with email or Google, then complete onboarding so roadmap, advisor, and school tools reflect your stage.
  • Use Dashboard for today’s focus, Roadmap for priorities, and Timeline for sequencing.
  • Update your profile anytime under Settings → Overview or the full intake wizard.

Account & security

  • Change your password under Settings → Account—we verify your current password before applying a new one.
  • We never show your password in the UI or in support channels. Use Forgot password if you are locked out.
  • Row Level Security in Supabase ensures each query only touches your rows when you are signed in.

MCAT & application planning

Capture MCAT timing, GPA (optional), and application cycle in Settings → Preferences or the full intake—those fields feed roadmap pacing and advisor context.Timeline and checklist items are designed to complement—not replace—official AMCAS guidance and your pre-health office.

AI features

  • AI assists with roadmap drafting, narrative angles, and advisor-style prompts using only the context you save in this workspace.
  • Tune tone and coaching notes under Preferences → AI personalization.
  • Always review AI output before submitting coursework, applications, or school-specific materials.

Privacy & data

  • Cloud data is tied to your account and protected by Supabase authentication and RLS policies.
  • You can clear certain pasted content and advisor history from Account settings where supported.
  • For product questions that touch your account, contact us from the email on your profile when possible.

Early access alpha — scope & limitations

PremedStrategy is in a closed alpha: the core workflows are live and stable enough for daily use, while some integrations (for example certain notification channels) may roll out gradually. We ship iteratively—copy, layouts, and small behaviors may refine between releases. Your roadmap and saved work remain yours; we avoid disruptive schema changes during alpha where we can.Nothing here is presented as medical, legal, or admissions advice—always verify with your institution and official application services.

Shape the next release

Alpha is strongest with sharp feedback. If something felt confusing, slow, or surprisingly great, tell us—use the Feedback control in the app header after you sign in. Short notes with the page you were on are perfect.

Signed in? Open any workspace and use the header feedback entry point—we read every submission.
